Frank Yeager is a built-environment forensic consultant, analyst, and author with more than 30 years of field experience across construction, inspection, accessibility, troubleshooting, and property analysis.
His work focuses on situations where the physical environment matters, but the apparent problem may not tell the whole story. Rather than examining conditions in isolation, Frank looks at how buildings, people, decisions, maintenance, systems, and time interact to produce an outcome.
That perspective grew from decades of solving problems in the field, where what was visible rarely told the entire story. It eventually led to the development of the Failure Path Framework, a structured approach for examining how conditions interact, where circumstances shift, and what the available evidence actually supports.
Through Yeagers Consulting, Frank works with attorneys, property owners, advisers, and risk professionals confronting complex questions involving the built environment.
