Our Story
Yeagers Consulting Co. was born from the meeting of two worlds — one shaped by lived experience and another by hands-on construction and design.
After a spinal cord injury in 1987, Dawn’s journey revealed both the visible and invisible barriers people with disabilities face every day. When Frank and Dawn met in 2007, their shared commitment to independence, dignity, and inclusion became the foundation for something greater.
Drawing on decades of experience in construction, accessibility advocacy, and business leadership, they created Yeagers Consulting Co. — a firm dedicated to helping individuals and organizations remove barriers through practical, human-centered solutions.
Who We Are
Frank and Dawn Yeager are distinguished experts in accessibility, aging in place, and property consulting — bringing together decades of experience, compassion, and purpose.
Frank’s extensive background in property inspection, construction, and renovation, coupled with Dawn’s personal journey as a C5–C6 quadriplegic who earned four degrees and built a career in finance, uniquely positions them to understand and address the diverse needs of their clients.
Their dedication to inclusivity also extends to their family life — informed by the neurodivergent experiences of their son, Merlin, who has autism and ADHD. This lived awareness deepens their understanding of accessibility across both physical and cognitive spectrums.
